Claims
It needs to have more reviews on the process of filing a claim and how long it takes, and someone to explain if they cover the expense or is it you get reimbursed. Also, do you actually see the money back. It sounds like it is difficult to get a hold of someone if you need help. This may be too good to be true.

As for the coverage, we reimburse our pet parents directly. You send us a copy of your vet bill to open your claim, we review it in two business days or less, and then we reimburse you directly for covered care. Easy to purchase
Easy to purchase, affordable. Paying for two pets for the price of one, if compared to Other pet insurances. Haven’t needed to use them yet, so well see.

I have just signed up for pet insurance…
I have just signed up for pet insurance for my 3 dogs. I’ve never been able to afford the cost for 3 pets. But these policies are affordable and signing up was very easy. I am still in the waiting period so I cannot yet comment on the filing or reimbursement process. I hope it continues to be as positive as it has been so far.
