I cancel this policy the same day I bought it and they still took a payment out when it was cancel and did not return my funds

Hi Marcus, you did not cancel your policy the day you signed up. You signed up on 9/17/2020 and cancelled on 10/17/2020. We disclose that your payment is made 30 days after signing up before and during the sign up process. You cancelled after your first payment was made. We remind you of your upcoming payment prior to making it. We don't return funds as your payment was made for the previous 30 days of completed coverage, not the future 30 days of upcoming coverage. Even though I did sign up for this…
Even though I did sign up for this insurance, I am still not completely sure that I understand what exactly is covered, etc. I found the website to be lacking in what I would consider true details. I've signed up, but I am honestly afraid that this may be a scam.
