I purchased Bivvy Pet Insurance less than a year ago for my 14 year old dog ...after my regular well known pet insurance had quoted their new annual premium well over $1200. Bivvy's premiums were only $19 per month including wellness care. Boy am I glad I switched. Since then, I have had four unexpected visits to the Vet; and Bivvy has reimbursed me for three out of those (the fourth one I knew probably would not clear). They are very professional, easy to sign up for, easy to put in a claim; quick to respond and approve claim; quick to pay out. I am THRILLED and so thankful!! I know I will have some financial assistance if anything happens to my furry baby girl. Thank you Bivvy!!

I've been a Bivvy customer for over a year now. They've been great from the start. Claims were generally paid quickly although this last time was incredibly slow. After many calls, I was able to get help from the CS manager. This doest prompt me to leave fewer than 5 stars however. Particularly because they are now offering direct deposit which is a smart move. Beterr for customers and better for Bivvy. It is with a very heavy heart that I have to cancel my policy. My beloved Great Dane Maya passed away unexpectedly. She had no long term illness that we saw coming. By the time Lyme symptoms showed it was too late. She was our family member, beloved friend, and protector. She saved my life from a bear attack. Heart is broken. 💔 Thank you Bivvy for being there when we needed you.

Being a senior citizen, I am not computer smart , so I was messing up the easy way pet parents can order this insurance. Now I have peace of mind and you can too. I am very thankful I have this insurance because I never know when I would need it for my fur baby.

Great pet insurance! I’ve had a couple of claims so far and Bivvy reimbursed me very quickly for 50% of the bill, minus the $100 deductible. I am very happy with them and I signed up my other dog as well.

A friend told me about it an how good they were ..I looked it up an signed up it only took few min, an only 15 dolllars a month ,,,first time i placed a claim was easy an payed like 5 days ..at this price anyone with a pet should have it .i have now signed up my 2nd dog ....its to affordable not to have ....
