I had a 100 deductible taken from my refunded money and an additional 50% was taken from my refund. The total for my bill was 223.00ish (don't have bill with me) l ended up with only 57.00

We are writing to say how much we appreciate Bivvy Pet Insurance. We adopted our dog April last spring from a rescue organization. In July, she tested positive for heart worm disease after testing negative twice before. The treatment is long and grueling, and we filed three claims with Bivvy. Each was reviewed within a week and we received payment, less the deductible and copay, within two weeks. Bivvy is a very reasonable priced animal insurance then those high priced insurance company that takes up to 30 days to reimburse your money. Bivvy cared not only to reimburse my money in a week but wanted to know how my ButterNut was doing.

This policy is $10/mo and has saved me $156 so far. I've only had the policy for 3 months. It has paid for itself and then some. I'm not someone who has a lot of disposable income, I live paycheck to paycheck and a surprise vet bill is always hard for me. This is reimbursement type of deal, so at least I know I'm getting half back of what I paid. It's an affordable option. Obviously there are more expensive insurance options that pay upfront or reimburse for more, but if you can't afford the $45-100 monthly premiums for those, they do not good. The claims process is seamless and quick. I usually see the funds deposited in 7 days time. I recommend this to anyone.

I was picked on by Alishia , one of their customer service representative , made fun of and talked down to, with groans and sights throughout the conversation. I guess she assumed since I have a thick accent, it is a good idea to raise her voice at me and treat me with disrespect. She ended the the conversation with " LISTEN, you are not getting paid, your claim was denied".....OMG.... since when does customer service representative talks to customers that way? My claim was denied because we had doctors visit for severe vomiting and dehydration. Supposedly that is a preexisting condition, since my pup had vomiting 2 more times in the last year. You make your own judgment people.

Easy to sign up for the thing was they said $10.00 . Then it changed to $15.00. Did not give me opportunity to change until it was all ready signed. Seem like it will be a good Ins company I hope so.

Very fast response from Team Bivvy on my recent questions, claims, etc. as I was dealing with having to put my Daisy May to sleep.
