Since I have paid the twenty-three…
Since I have paid the twenty-three dollars to join I have been receiving regular emails about joining so I am confused. My next payment is supposed to be on June 15th and I see an email saying that it is May 15th. So can someone help clear these things up for me? Otherwise, my experience has been great.

Hi Glendall, thank you for the review! Regarding your payment date, when signing up for Bivvy, you chose to schedule your payment date. Your payment was originally going to be due on 6/5/2022; however, you scheduled your payment date to be AFTER your next payment date (the 15th of each month). Because of this, we made your first payment due on 5/6/2022 and a second one on 5/15/2022, so you will be paying EARLY for the next billing period of coverage.
