They are very keen to solve problems. Our blaster got broken while the first playing... After writing to Biu and sending some pictures, they contacted the manufacturer and we got a new shooting assembly for changing. Second time the blaster got broken, we got helpful information via Biu from the manufacturer.

Lost one star due to slowness in dispatch. Made two orders so far, UK stock: delivery time was as expected, but dispatch was slow, rs99-17 and m1911 are still working great. China stock: typical dispatch and delivery time. I think the m1911 is the best low cost gel blaster for £20-30 range, the speed is pretty nice stock and if you use 11.1v is crazy, just remember the gears are plastic so they will wear out quickly, you can order a new gearbox though.
