No problem depositing but withdrawing; "Oops! something went wrong with the payment. Please try again" Tried with small and big amounts. Tried with ledger and Coinbase. Tried with Eth and Bitcoin. Same results. No reaction from support. Just be cautious, read other feedback, and check official information before investing. I was able to get back all I lost by following the right process, others in a similar spot might find that helpful too.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with BitWallet has been deeply disappointing enough that I feel I need to warn others. Here’s what went wrong: The app is constantly down. It’s not just a few glitches here and there — most days I couldn’t even log in. When I could, core features (transactions, balance display, etc.) often malfunctioned. Withdrawing funds takes ages (if it happens at all). Requests are “in processing” for far too long, and customer service gives vague, non-helpful responses. Customer support is unresponsive or incompetent. When I’ve reached out, the replies (if any) are delayed and lack any real solutions. Then when you write a negative review, someone, which I'm pretty sure is probably the CEO himself, asks to take down the negative review and change it to something positive to help me get my money back quicker. Leadership lacks transparency. The CEO and company communication give off a shady vibe — vague promises, missed deadlines, and no accountability. Bottom line: BitWallet has been more of a headache than anything else. Between the frequent app outages, delayed withdrawals, and weak support, I can’t recommend trusting them with your money. There are much better alternatives out there that actually work reliably.

Worked well till it didn't. I try to open the app and it fails every time with a message saying contact support. What support? I have emailed, called and get nothing. I feel like Ive lost my BIT.. I'm not happy!

I’ve sent bitcoin on Bitwallet about a year ago & it worked just fine. Now, for some reason the Bitwallet app won’t let me send my bitcoin anywhere. It keeps saying my phone number is invalid format. I went into settings like it says to do, & it’s the correct phone number. I tried changing it anyway just to see if it would help, but it won’t let me change my phone number. But it did let me change my address just fine. It’s totally ridiculous.

The app will not let send me a verification text due to my phone number not being in the right format, however it wont let me switch my number in the app, or show me the right format they want

Have quite big amount from trading platform was great till time to withdraw First I paid crypto tax and asked to verify myself and now asking fund is too large and have to pay more fees Total amount asked was 45k+36k+another 35k WTH it’s my own money and I have to verify myself If they would asked for fees wat I profit from I could understand but they want to fees for total amount Y am I paying fees on my own money dont make any sense This clearly says I got scammed by these platform

My account authentication has been in progress for over a month now and I'm stuck because of it. I have provided all the personal info they needed and certification to is still in progress for over a month. They won't let me withdraw my funds until they complete the authentication. Their help function is basically useless with no help or contact info.

Truffatori da evitare assolutamente. Cercano di far credere che hai un conto bloccato in btc su un portafoglio creato da loro, e però x avere il capitale devi versare 1% del capitale, a me addirittura mi è stato detto che la metà la versavo io e l'altra metà lui, sono dei morti di fame pur di fregare anche 100€ le studiano tutte.gente che non dovrebbe esistere.
