It sounds like you may be using a different 'bitwallet' app. Please email [email protected] if you still believe you need assistance.

Very suspicious website that I was sent money to transfer on and the money was put on a hold until I deposited $150 or more into my account first. Customer support sounded more like a scammer and the scammer it was super odd.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of openning an account with BitWallet, this is a message that Igot from the support after trying to get my money back: ¨You’ve never even created an account with us. Incredibly offensive and unwarranted review. We have over 100,000 happy customers. You’re just another moron on the internet.¨

Степка, BitWallet is not a scam. We have over 100,000 happy users. It appears that you’re using a device that is not applicable with the app. You must have an iPhone 7 or newer to use BitWallet. BitWallet Support

I sent bitcoin from my desktop wallet to this bitwallet on android. I decided to send it back to my desktop wallet. Bad luck! Bitwallet decided to keep my bitcoin stuck until I provide them KYC (phone number, ssn verifications etc). It's a bait and switch company! Don't send any bitcoin to this wallet/company unless you are willing to risk having it blocked (i.e a'la paypal horror story)

Mihai, BitWallet follows the same simple rules and regulations as all of the other American cryptocurrency companies and financial institutions. Much of the app can be used anonymously but yes, there are certain situations in which we are forced to collect basic information from users. It takes only a few seconds, and you’ll easily be able to send your Bitcoin into any wallet you want. BitWallet Support
