My transaction was stuck for 3 days, I had no clue what to do. Sender was unresponsive and no help from Bitcoin wallet provide. Then BitTools helped me to get the transaction cleared. I recommend reaching out to them through email, their website is not the best.

While reading reviews I thought a good service for acceleration, but just another useless tool, don't get tricked by all these fake reviews obviously fake. also the paid activation does nothing, Shame on you

Hello, We have tried to identify this case several times, including through Trustpilot's request for additional information, but we still could not find any account, transaction or support request that matches what is described in this review. We also checked our available records and could not locate a TXID or account connected to this complaint. If you did use BitTools and experienced a problem, please provide the TXID so we can check exactly what happened. If you do not want to post it publicly, you can contact us directly through our support page. For an account-related issue, even a partially masked username or email address would be enough for us to try to locate the account. We have been willing to investigate this from the beginning, but so far we have not been given anything that allows us to identify the transaction or the customer behind the complaint. Hat mir eine 2 Tage hängende Transaktion verschnellert. Die Transaktion selber hatte genug Fee. Ich habe über Telegram Kontakt aufgenommen. Er fand heraus das zwei vorgehende Transaktionen zu wenig Fee hatten. Diese dann Speed up gegeben und schon war meine Transaktion bestätigt DANKE!
