While reading reviews I thought a good service for acceleration, but just another useless tool, don't get tricked by all these fake reviews obviously fake. also the paid activation does nothing, Shame on you

Hello, We have tried to identify this case several times, including through Trustpilot's request for additional information, but we still could not find any account, transaction or support request that matches what is described in this review. We also checked our available records and could not locate a TXID or account connected to this complaint. If you did use BitTools and experienced a problem, please provide the TXID so we can check exactly what happened. If you do not want to post it publicly, you can contact us directly through our support page. For an account-related issue, even a partially masked username or email address would be enough for us to try to locate the account. We have been willing to investigate this from the beginning, but so far we have not been given anything that allows us to identify the transaction or the customer behind the complaint.
