I played with the free $100 promotion
I played with the free $100 promotion, it has a 30x wager requirement, which I completed and a max cash out of $50, first withdrawal i tried was rejected due to kyc, i sent in my documents and received an email saying my kyc was verified, and any withdrawals would now be instant, so I tried another time to withdrawal and it has been pending for over an hour. The help chat is trying to say it's due to blockchain congestion... I have been using crypto for a while and never experienced more than a min or two of blockchain related delays. Will update if and when my withdrawal is processed

Slow Verification
Everything seemed great at first but then when going through the process for KYC Documents for verification its something I can't understand. They can supposely cash you out almost instantly but before that it takes them up to 3 days to verify you. Which is only two photos your ID and selfie.
