Bitpay is horrible not trust worthy at all. I had a lump sum sent to my wallet 12-02-2022 after that payment was made to my wallet everything was erased my Simplex payment history everything luckily I downloaded all my blocks information. Sent proof of payment to my wallet to bitpay more than five times their first response was month later and had nothing to do with my issue and I haven't heard from them since it should be illegal for them to deal with crypto or any type of currency with this type of customer service. People shouldn't have to write a review to get a response from bitpay. I find it amazing how they responded to certain reviews but not all mainly the ones with missing money. Ijs. Update: 01/25/2023 STILL no response from bitpay tried contacting multiple times no response I do not recommend dealing with them because it takes 5 to 6 months to get a response from them and when they do respond it has nothing to with your issue and then you wait another 5 to 6 months crazy.

I wish I read this reviews before starting to use it. Bitpay is not very trustworthy, I downloaded the app and requested funds to my bitpay USDT wallet. The money was transfered but my account wasn't credited. 2x über Lieferando bestellt und wollte mit BitPay bezahlen. Beide Male wurde die Zahlung direkt abgelehnt (ohne Grund). Anschließend wartet man einige Tage auf die Rückerstattung und bekommt nicht mal den vollen Betrag zurück, da man doppelte Transaktionskosten trägt. Insgesamt mehr als 5€ in den Sand gesetzt nur weil bei denen etwas nicht klappt.

I was strongly vouching for BitPay years back but now I just want our money out there and be done with it.

I have an old BitPay account that I haven’t used in a few years, and recently wanted to use it again. I no longer have the debit card from the account and just want a replacement card. I tried for several days by email, chat, and phone, and they all keep sending me to another support person or phone number. Terrible customer service and nobody can seem to help me get a replacement card. After reading all of these negative reviews I don’t think I want to use my account anymore

If any vendor use bitpay, just contact with the vendor to make payment directly, because bitpay is a trash. Their gateway is useless, unless it is not a scam. My last 3 payment was declined, it just crashed under the payment. They didn't even refund my first payment, because i used a very old email in the vendor where i wanted to pay, and i couldsn't even login to that mail service because it was already closed long ago, and it was much more complicated to change the mail in my vendor, than just keep that old email address as a user name. Obviously i could proof the payment (from where to where did i send), but they didn't care. Now i am waiting for the 3rd refund, but obviously bitpay is the most disgusting crypto payment gateway!
