I still cannot wrap my head around how blatantly they stole from me. Absolute criminals. Well I paid the ridiculous blockchain tax they demanded just so I could get my initial deposit out but then they suddenly said I needed a premium account upgrade to process the transaction. I actually tried withdrawing like two months before that but the system kept glitching out on purpose. So I paid the upgrade fee too and then just silence. Nothing but complete radio silence from this broker for weeks. I even went and reported the issue to the local police with no results after some time which just made me feel completely hopeless. Anyway I filed a complaint with the 'Advocacy-INT' because I just could not take the stress of being ignored anymore. Just throwing good money after bad hoping they would suddenly grow a conscience. Ponzi Scheme. It took time before there was any clear progress, but the case eventually closed with the frozen funds later released.
