Good Overall Experience and Easy to Use
The fees could be expensive but then again you shouldn’t day trade in a retirement account. HODL.

This company is 100% legit. With so many scams and empty promises in the crypto world, these guys have risen above with their one-on-one support teams and detailed attention, no matter how much you're investing. I wish other institutions would give the same care as they do.

I was most impressed with the fact that…I never had to wait to speak with someone.
I was most impressed with the fact that I spoke with real people in the USA, not someone in some far-off land. Secondly, it didn't matter who I spoke with, be it the VP or anyone in CS, they were all helpful, pleasant, and competent. Glad I moved my IRA to Bitcoin IRA!

Leslie Means is an exceptional
Leslie Means is an exceptional, caring, knowledgable, friendly and in the top 1% of all customer reps anywhere in the US. Helped us expeditiously solve our various issues with the account in such an exceptional manner while remaining cool and steady throughout the process. Inspired total confidence! She should be recognized and promoted to show others how to care of business. Certainly one of a kind among stars. On the other hand, I'd recommend management review and amend their overall fees amid various customer comments concerning their processes in light of the ever increasing competition and the bull market we are approaching.
