I must have called about 4 or more times to get my cash distribution done, All of the agents have been very helpful. Maribel in particular was spot on, she reassured me that everything was received and that I would be getting my wire very soon. It was a reassurance that makes me feel you guys really care about your customers and as Maribel pointed out I have been with you guys since 2019 and will continue to be here. I was lucky because, what are the odds I would get the same person twice, Well I got Maribel and is an excellent customer service representative , she is very professional and amiable.
