Extremely poor service Incorrect conversion from GBP > BTC (did the USD amount instead) Constant chasing from me over email and live chat and no response after the initial acknowledgment. Ridiculous.

I got this card as a cash out prize from High 5 Casino. They didn't have the gift card I wanted so I figured, hey, this is bitcoin and I will just use it to get the gift card I want. Now I have attempted to withdraw my bitcoin and each time they emailed me saying it was under "manual review" which could take up to 72 hours. If these guys want my business, simplify your process, and allow me access to my funds. That is the point to a gift card, right? I did contact customer service and they were polite. It was nice to have the option of having live chat right there. *Update* I did eventually get my bitcoin and the process was simpler after verification.

Horrible. I believe the complaints for mybitcard is meant for bitcards.com because it's the same experience and Kim is one of the agents. So people it's Bitcard.com.I think. I chose bitcrd.com for a prize at chumba casino and it was too much of a hassle to get verified and nobody knows a thing. I won't be back that's for sure. I should have taken cash prize. Went from 200 to 179 messing with them.
