Over 72 hours and my btc is still not in my wallet!! Getting irritated!

No answer on emails I am sending to them, redeemed 2x a card of €500 and received €0... It says it will take approx 15 minutes but we are 4 days later now.. My advice is don't buy or gift this scam cards to anyone!

Bitcards redeems your gift card getting their money twice because you get way less than the amount you purchase and then allows you to get your funds in your wallet whenever the price drops I guess. No live agents and no one seems to respond to emails except for weeks later and at 1-2 in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away.

Bitcards ist ein absolut unseriöses Unternehmen, das meine Einzahlung nicht nur angenommen hat, sondern auch nie die versprochene Leistung erbracht hat. Es handelt sich hierbei schlichtweg um Diebstahl! Der sogenannte "Support" von Bitcards ist eine Farce. Standardfloskeln wie "Ihr Geld ist sicher" und "Probleme mit der Menge an Karten" sind nichts als Ausreden für den offensichtlichen Diebstahl meiner Einzahlung. Diese Gauner sind nicht daran interessiert, Probleme zu lösen oder Kunden zufriedenzustellen – sie wollen nur Ihr Geld stehlen! Meine Warnung an alle: Finger weg von Bitcards! Wenn Sie Ihr Geld schätzen, suchen Sie nach seriösen Alternativen. Bitcards ist nichts weiter als ein Haufen Diebe, die sich hinter vagen Erklärungen verstecken, um ihre betrügerischen Machenschaften zu vertuschen. Verlieren Sie nicht Ihr Geld an diese Betrüger – es gibt ehrliche Unternehmen da draußen, die es verdienen, unterstützt zu werden.

Complete scam and waist of time, I have logged 4 support tickets in a space of 3 weeks and no one replies! all they ever say is someone will get back to you but no one ever does! the support is absolute BS!
