Bista Solutions, Inc.Reviews of bistasolutions.com

Experienced team. Fast implementation. Fast response.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Bista Solutions Team on the Odoo implementation for Visual Citi Inc. The team is exceptionally experienced, detail-oriented, and precise in their execution. What stood out the most was their flexibility and commitment; they were always willing to adapt to our specific business requirements and went above and beyond to ensure the project was a success.

Working with Rajiv, Zahir and their team has been incredible. They have been very helpful in understanding our needs in customizing and improving our Odoo platform. They have taken concepts that we did not think were possible and have made it not only possible but easy to use. The quality of their work is nothing short of impressive and is always on time. They take the time and put in the effort and pay attention to all the little details. We will not work with anyone else!

The Bista team consistently demonstrates a strong focus on problem-solving, working closely with us to deliver solutions that align with our business needs. Since initiating our partnership last year, we have built a solid foundation, and I anticipate we will continue to expand our utilization of their services as our business grows. I would specifically like to recognize Rion Ahmed and Saidul Tuhin for their ongoing dedication and responsiveness. While there are occasional operational gaps—as is the reality with any external team—we have consistently managed to address and overcome them through a highly collaborative approach. We value this dynamic and look forward to our continued partnership.

The Team at Bista are the most knowledgeable and responsive developers I have ever met. They have the ability to truly understand the platform they're working on AND apply that understanding to the business problem that we're trying to solve. My experience with our Odoo implementation before Bista was very frustrating with our previous vendor, but Bista turned our project around! I highly recommend working with Bista Solutions.
