Bista Solutions, Inc.Reviews of bistasolutions.com

Bista rescued us from a botched implementation by Incipient (BEWARE). They are #1 for a reason!! Feel free to contact me for additional details / reference.

This team is very knowlegeble to implement EDI for our retailer business. I would strongly recommend if anyone got stuck with implementation. They are not relying on the experience/expertise. The quick learn and adapt to solve your particular problem is the trust factor.

They have a great team in place that is highly solution-oriented, and their response times have been excellent. Ankita and Anu both possess a deep understanding of our system and requirements, which is incredibly valuable whenever we need to resolve an issue.

The team is supportive, helpful, and quick to adapt to our requests. When we raise an issue, they respond promptly. We especially appreciated their flexibility in arranging an urgent meeting, and their patience with our countless questions about the accounting structure and processes. Highly recommended!

Always flexible and very capable ... Pravin and his team have a deep understanding of Odoo and after nearly 4 years of working together also a vast knowledge about our requirements and business.

We have been extremely satisfied with the team we work with at Bista Solutions. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and have a great understanding of both Odoo and the scope of work we need to accomplish. One of the things we appreciate most is their ability to take what can sometimes be a complicated requirement and turn it into a solution that makes sense for our business. They do a great job explaining the solution in a way that is easy for us to understand, implement, and train our team on. They also take the time to understand how we operate and work with us to find the best solution for our specific needs. We never feel like we are just getting a generic answer or a one-size-fits-all approach. The team at Bista has been a great partner for us throughout our Odoo journey. They are easy to work with, provide practical solutions, and are genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of Odoo. We have had a great experience working with them and would absolutely recommend Bista Solutions to other companies looking for a strong Odoo partner.

When we were stuck in a bind, Bipin (and the Bista team) Came to the rescue! Bipin in particular, was instrumental, in managing our project / situation, and getting us back on track! Resolving many of the botched rollout issues we had during our initial rollout (before Bista). He worked tirelessly, adapting to our unique needs and modifications, no judgement or negative remarks. Just Genuine Help! He was available after hours for updates, in a pinch, even during busy times and ensured down time was carefully planned. Pulled team members in when needed, for specific needs... (Pinak was amazing for example) He easily worked with all personality types, friendly + a pleasure to work with! I can say, Bipin / The Bista Team, definitely have your back! If things go south, you know they will respond quickly, with several teams available, too! Infrastructure, Accounting, Ai, Web, etc... There when you need them! Highly recommend for your Odoo endeavours!

Appreciate Bista's strong communication and hard work. Bista's team have been attentive to our needs, quick to handle technical items, and focused on a successful partnership
