I strongly advise against using the services of this pseudo-shop with good offers. The money was taken immediately, but the product never arrived. No response to emails, and no one answers the phone. IT NEVER CAME SO I EMAILED THEM AND GOT THE ONLY RESPONSE FROM THEM WHICH STATED 28TH AND AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I EMAILED THEM GOT NO REPLY AND TRIED TO RING THE NUMBER THATS ON THE WEBSITE IT DOESNT EVEN RING OUT. SO YH WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM CAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET THR ITEM!!! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE DONE BY THEM SELVES WHICH ARE ALL FAKE. FOR PEOPLE WHO THINK WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY CONTACT YOUR BANK AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I think the worst type of people in this world are people like you guys. big up BIRISHOP YOU BIG SCAMMERS. Im a hard working single parent...with 2 young children. May I add i have a very little income I receive monthly I needed a dryer. I left my self out of pocket for 2 weeks. Ive waited over a month for this not to be delivered,no tracking number, no update, no communication at all. I waited in a full day for the dryer not the turn up. And you have my money. Your number doesn't even ring, I should of known, looks dodgy. Scruffy behaviour

Ordered a condenser dryer beginning of November, told it would be here 22/11 and apologised for it being a delayed delivery. Waited until then, nothing turned up. Offered a 10% discount and a new date of the 28/11 with a 20% refund. Waited in all day on the 28/11, no delivery, no response via e mail, the mobile number doesn’t work. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS SHOWER OF SHITE!

Appalling service and starting to think this is a scam. Item ordered over a month ago and still not received. Poor communication and multiple days advised for delivery but never arrived. Do not use!

I ordered a ninja air fryer on the 27th of October and to date after the odd email from them it’s a no show for the product. I actually received another email today saying it was still delayed and they asked if I still wanted to go ahead or take a full refund, I opted for the refund, I’m not holding my breath.
