Express shipping shortens the transit time after production is completed, but it does not remove or shorten the production stage. When an order arrives incomplete, our Customer Support team reviews the shipment details and assists according to the circumstances of the case. Dear Melanie, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern caused by the tracking information. As our products are made to order, production normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. A shipping label may be created in advance while the item is being completed and prepared for dispatch. During this stage, USPS may display “Pre-Shipment – Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” because the package has not yet received its first USPS scan. Once production and packaging are complete, the parcel is transferred through the shipping network before USPS completes the final delivery. Tracking may remain unchanged during this transfer and update only after USPS receives and scans the package. We have since confirmed that your order was successfully delivered. However, we understand that the lack of clear tracking updates caused unnecessary worry, and we’re sorry that this process was not explained more clearly at the time.
