I recently ordered a ladies polo shirt from Birdiepolos. When it arrived it was a bit too small - fyi for future customers, order a size larger than you normally wear. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and shipped me a replacement shirt one size larger. I have it now and I really like it. And I get a lot of compliments on the adorable cats pattern.

Horrible customer service. Shipping said it was delivered and was not. Told to talk to UPS cause they won’t do anything.

I ordered a large polo shirt, the shirts run small. I asked to exchange the shirt for an XL. They told me to keep the large and sent an XL at no charge. Great Service.

When I jumped out of the site and bank in I believe I selected the wrong size by accident. It was 100% my issue, so I emailed the link listed in the middle of the night, and I had a response from a human being when I woke up. I couldn’t believe how fast. I emailed a picture of the whole shirt with the tag visible, per their instructions. Once again they replied within 12-18 hours, and took care of everything. They were so helpful and accommodating I could not believe it. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience by a clothing handling store and it was my mistake. I will absolutely will recommend them to anyone and definitely buy again. They have cool stuff too, I’ll for sure shop here again. Awesome customer service!!!

The original polo was too small. So they said they would ship out the XL We did not have to return anything & I just got the polo for my husband. Great fit & fun FRENCHIE golf print!

The first shirt was subpar quality, but I reached out to customer support and they offered to send a better quality shirt out for free. The replacement shirt arrived and while it is still not as expected it is much much better and the support I was given for the issue was amazing.
