Total fraud....send wrong size....lie about delivering product...just steal you money. Do not use this company.

Order took 4 weeks to arrive from china. Terrible quality, bought what was supposed to be a funny cat print with a middle finger and the print is so horrible you can’t even tell what it is. Great concept, terrible execution of a company trying to make stuff too cheap.

I placed my original order for one ladies golf polo and after a week or so of not receiving any confirmation, I thought perhaps my order didn't go through. I went ahead and placed another order for the same item, but quickly realized that the first order had been charged on one of my credit cards. I then attempted to contact Customer Service via email to cancel my second order, which was definitely less than 24 hours. The refund policy shows 100% within 24 hours. However, BirdiePolos has refused my request for the second order cancellation, saying they had already sent the item to production even though I notified them within 24 hours. Now I have two of the same polos and was merely attempting to get the refund for the duplicate order. I am frustrated that there is no customer service representative that you can call and reach out to; they merely communicate (limited at best) via email. I have yet to hear back from their customer service team after multiple follow-up emails from their original response where they stated I could not receive a refund. The product is good, but customer service lacks in all areas. Would not recommend this company due to all of these disappointing circumstances.

I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. My first order was sent incorrectly. After no response, I put in a second order because I wanted the item for my husbandand have not received my item.

Socks are of awful quality and made of strange, synthetic fabric. There is no discernible toe or heel, basically a tube shape. No sizing when ordered, and too small to get past my feet. My husband didn't even bother trying to get them on.

We ordered these shirts for a golf tournament a month in advance. The tournament is now days away. Two of us have received them, but they came in the wrong color which is problematic as the tournament is for breast and ovarian cancer awareness and the color was supposed to be teal - the color to represent ovarian cancer. One of our teammates shirts is still in San Fransisco and one is still in China according to tracking information. In addition, the shirts that have been received are ill fitting with large gaps under the arms. had we known they were coming from China we would have picked a different website. I would advise against ordering from this website.
