I have contacted Customer Service a couple times, for problems related to recharging (solar panel can't keep up when it's been cloudy for several days). Responses were quick and very helpful.

I just purchased a new camera bird feeder. When I had issues with my original purchase, the customer support team were very helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. They also replaced a broken part, after a year of use, at no cost to me. My only negative is that I wish the set-up directions were more thorough with “syncing your device to the camera”…not everyone is tech savvy and instructions could be more helpful there.
