Great customer service. We love our solar bird feeder. It alerts us when our bird residents stop by for a bite, and recognizes them immediately, letting us know if it’s a new visitor, or one of our usuals. It’s fun!

We love our birdfy camera. I check everyday to see what types of birds sail in. We have even had raccoons, possum and some type of rodent? It is great we can keep an eye out for all that wants fed!

I love that I don't have to "request" videos! It was very easy to set up and great that I can bring it in at night when needed to protect from bears. This is the first day in use, so it is still new to me and the birds. But loving it so far! Glad I got it.
