The people working at Birdfy are courteous and knowledgeable in the product. My wife enjoys watching the birds on the feeder and I know she will love watching the birds inside the bird house I got her for Christmas. The product is made well and will out last the elements. Looking forward to keeping my birdhouse and bird feeder for a long time.

It was well packaged and arrived pretty quickly, even with a one day delay for the huge snowfall we received. It will be awhile before we can mount it on our pole, due to the frigid cold. But I believe it will be as advertised.

This is the best company ever with the very best products, feeders, bird bath, cameras in all the products they sell. The App is amazing and allows you to link all your amazing bird feeders in one location. This company has amazing customer service and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful experience. They back all the products they make, I can tell you no other bird feeders with camera's compare. They also have an amazing community on FB that allows you the chance to win there awesome products just for doing something you already love, posting bird pictures. Check out the community once you have your camera up and running and you will find all kinds of friendly people.
