First time Birdfly customer.
This week as a first time customer of yours I have received and set up both a Birdfy Polygon Birdhouse and a Birdfy Metal Feeder. I set both up using the literature that came with the products and your videos which I accessed on your website and at YouTube. After studying all of those materials and assembling and setting up both products here are the simple things that I did not know. 1) That the video cameras automatically activate when a bird is present and create a "Moment" or video which I can access in your app. I thought that I had to manually start and stop videos. Moments have started populating the app, so I get that now. 2) I didn't understand how to delete Moments, because I couldn't find that topic covered in your materials. I finally did a search on the web to learn the two ways to delete a Moment. 3) I would like to know if your app allows me to edit a video in the app or if I will need to use a 3rd party app to do so. Bottom line: You products seem to be excellent, but not your literature or tutorial videos.
