My 87 year old dad loved the bluebird house with the camera inside that I ordered for him for Father's Day. It arrived very quickly. The company needs to improve their packaging for shipment. It came only in the box like you would buy at a store. No outer box, no packing material, not even a packing slip. A piece was broken off that he had to super glue back on. For the price, it should arrive in top condition. I emailed the company but got no response. It was a big hit, though. He loves it!

I love the feeder and the duo camera. The problem is that the app disconnects and therefore spending the $200+ for the feeder is useless. You can't even log into the app because of technical issues they admit to. Without being able to see the videos it is just an extremely overpriced birdfeeder. Highly disappointed!

Love my regular Birdfy feeder, but don't bother with the grate or the cage. Neither will stop squirrels. They promptly popped the grate off and crawl right into the cage. My Birdfy Hum feeder isn't attracting Hummingbirds so far and is very difficult to take apart and clean, which needs to be done every couple days. It is not good for people with arthritis or any other hand issues.

I can't commit on the product , only on shipping. If you're looking to get your order in a timely manner look some where else. It's been a week so far got tracking number 6 day ago. item was pick up in Savannah Ga and going to Wilmington NC. it's still in Savannah according to tracking history. No way it should take this long.

I love my bluebird house however the solar is not charging the camera. I've both rebooted and brought the camera in to charge manually. I don't want to keep bothering the babies who are in the nest by bringing the camera in to charge. That's what the solar is for! Can't get through to customer service by phone (for 2 days) or by chat today. So the jury's still out on this.....
