Ordered as a Christmas present as it said delivery would be made by the 20th of December. A week after ordering it still hadn’t been sent and I was informed that it may not even be sent out until the 20th of December. With a 10-15 day delivery time, I ended up having to cancel and asking for a refund, and now have to try to source some very last minute gifts elsewhere.

I purchased a Birdfy Feeder 1 with Solar Panel and for a couple weeks it was great. Then the battery stopped charging via solar panel and overheated when charging via wall outlet. I contacted support thinking they'd quickly send out a new battery. Nope. Continuous back and forth emails asking me to trying charging at different voltages and charging through different devices, like they're hoping their faulty battery burns my house down so they don't need to provide a replacement. They keep asking me for information I've already provided (order number, order date, etc). They still haven't escalated my ticket to the people who can do returns. It's been extremely frustrating and the customer support has been unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a 2 year warranty and lifetime service, yet they do not appear to actually stand by that. Lastly, I put a similar review on their site and received a notification that is was posted, yet it is not visible. It appears they filter out negative reviews. That, to me, is the ultimate sign of a shady company.

I ordered a bird feeder camera and when it arrived the antenna was broken. I emailed the company and requested a refund. They insisted on sending me another camera and that one doesn't work correctly either.
