Dear Mrs. Beazley, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're really glad to hear that you think the Birdfy is a well-made piece of kit and that you were able to help your neighbor enjoy it. We sincerely apologize for the missing mesh tray and the inconvenience this caused. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially as it was a gift. We're sorry that the resolution process took longer than it should have — that's not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate your patience in working through it with us. Your feedback regarding our after-sales support is truly valuable, and we are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure issues like this are resolved more quickly and smoothly in the future. We hope your neighbor is now enjoying their Birdfy, and if there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly and we will be more than happy to assist. Warm regards, Birdfy Team
