Hi Jane, Thank you so much for your patience and for sharing your experience! We're sorry for the initial confusion with the stand shipping separately, but we're so glad our customer service team was able to get things sorted out quickly and keep you updated with a tracking number. It's wonderful to hear that the stand arrived just as swiftly, and we hope you absolutely love setting everything up! That birdbath is going to attract some amazing feathered visitors. We're always here to help!🐦 Warm regards, Birdfy Team

Hi Dianne, Thank you so much for your loyalty and for being such a dedicated Birdfy fan! It truly warms our hearts to know you love your bamboo birdfeeder so much that you ordered a second one! We're sorry to hear that the roof of your first feeder has worn over time. While we understand how frustrating that can be, we're glad the experience hasn't dampened your love for Birdfy! If you'd like, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via Birdfy Chat, email, or phone (available for US customers) — we'd love to see if there's anything we can do to help with your original feeder. We hope your new bamboo birdfeeder brings you just as much joy as the first one did, and that it attracts even more beautiful birds to your garden! 🐦 Warm regards, Birdfy Team
