They literally shipped my order in the retail box the Birdfy Birdfeeder comes in. So when it showed up at my doorstep, the gift that was supposed to be for my wife, she saw, plain as day. Thanks for ruining the surprise!

No shipping or tracking update of my order.

Ordered three feeders on 29th November - emailed to see when it was being dispatched and heard nothing. Tracking details don’t work and Evri say ‘oops, incorrect tracking information’ from the link sent. The help bot just says ‘I can’t answer that’ to every single question! Why do these company’s advertise as UK companies and then you find out they’re not in the UK at all and you cannot reach anyone to speak to!?

Verkäufer bietet lediglich 20€ Rabatt an und behauptet dass wäre beim Versand passiert, was physikalisch bei so einer massiven Gewalteinwirkung nicht ohne Beschädigung des Außenkartons möglich ist.

I set mine up exactly as specified and would not hold connection to WiFi. Initiated a return request and sent in all required information Birdie requested Have not received a response. I do not recommend this company as their customer service is terrible and the product is faulty.

I was given the Birdfy Bath pro as a birthday present by my husband in September. It looked impressive and I thought we would enjoy it enormously. Unfortunately, it turned out to be unusuable, unworkable and unsuitable! For a start, the instructions were completely wrong, so we tried to make it work ourselves but achieved nothing, and the information provided over the phone with the company resulted in nothing. The most annoying ringing sound goes on forever, and there is no way to switch it off - the instructions do not reflect the actual gadget! Once that ringing gets going, the only solution is to literally 'drown' the control by immersing it in water. As a gadget to test one's patience, it works really well... Now, Birdfy are demanding my telephone number as they seem to think that my review is not genuine. Well, it is genuine and I am not providing my number. Instead of all this toing and froing with customers, why not invest in a product that actually works? The only solution is to return this unusable product and get a refund.

Just called Birdfly and was asked many questions repeatedly like I was an idiot. Bottom line is camera battery will not hold charge. Changed out solar panel and still would not hold charge after charging it inside. Problem started right after getting it for a present last Christmas so I took it down until now. Support gave me some sort multi step long convoluted process to go through. Told them it would be easier to throw it in the garbage and never buy another of their junky products. My time is more valuable then to play their games.

Just setting it up: the manual is not useful (it starts beeping the second you plug it in, manual tells you nothing about how to shut it off.) But this is the important part: DON’T CALL THE PHONE NUMBER!!! It hooks you up to what seems to be a medical alert necklace scam!
