Only works with the 2.4Ghz WiFi band
Most WiFi networks today work at 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and 6Ghz. To connect a Birdfy camera to an Eero network is nearly impossible. Eero uses triband and even when forcing Eero to use 2.4Ghz (turn off 5Ghz and 6Ghz) Birdfy cannot connect. Get with the program Birdfy and upgrade your product to support 5Ghz and 6Ghz bands, like most WiFi products do nowadays.

Hi Jon, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the experience we want for you, and we truly want to make this right. To clarify, the camera currently supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only, as this frequency provides a wider and more stable range for outdoor device connectivity. If you are still having trouble connecting, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team directly. Our team will be happy to guide you step by step in connecting your camera to your Eero network. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to help. We truly appreciate your support! Regards, Birdfy
