For the QR code scanning issue, please make sure the camera lens is clean and hold the QR code about 6–12 inches in front of the camera. Slowly adjust the distance and avoid environments that are too bright or too dark. You may also try using another phone. If the AI is only showing “BIRD,” please make sure the camera has a clear view of the bird, including its head and body, and that the lens is clean.
