SCAMMED!

I received an offer from your mystery shopper marketing department to purchase and review a new product (Jolly 5 birdbath) from a leading US technology store. In turn I was supposed to receive a refund for the entire purchase price of almost $150 afterI reviewed it. No further information was givenat that time. I purchased your Jolly 5 and reached out several times asking for how and where to review to the initial offer, I sent emails to secret shopper offer, to customer service email, and finally after receiving no response I phoned customer service. They promised to reach out to the mystery shopper department where I would receive a response within 48 hours. That was over two weeks ago and I have not heard a word from your company. LUCKY, I returned the expensive unopened POC to the company I purchased from and because I am a regular customer they refund my money and sent your junk back. A company that pulls this marketing scam to make a few sales can't be trusted to do any business. BUYER BEWARE, if their marketing department does this, what else will the company do to peddle their junk.

Terrible customer service
The set up and initial operation were fine, but since then customer service has disappeared. I originally was able to chat with a person, then it switched to a bot, now it says unable to load chat after several attempts over days. Email has not been returned. I finally called the number and it said no one can take your call, try again later. I'm hoping they will see this review and take action.4.14 Update. As noted by others, the Birdfy response ignores my complaint. I can't get a response from Customer Support; email is not returned, chat doesn't work (not that I want a generic AI Bot response), and every time I call, it says can't take the call, email us or call again. Reducing to one star. I don't even have a product issue, just some follow-up questions. How hard is it to answer a question?

Still waiting...customer service is terrible
I've only gotten one out of the two items I ordered. There has been no communication unless I initiate it. they even made sure to ask me for a review, before they even said anything about the status of my second item. A week and a half later, I still don't have the second feeder, and all I keep being told is that the issuehas been escalated. They've given me no other information and status of the order is not on their site and app. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend at this point.

Ebony model cheap wood/poor customer service
Ebony model has cheap wood and the instructions state that the CUSTOMER must seal it before use. Came with the metal grate jammed into the birdhouse and nearly cut my hand just prying it out and putting it in it’s correct slot. The misplaced metal grate put a dent/crack in the door. Lack of antenna limits where it can be placed. Customer service has been fighting with me tooth and nail just to return it and pay for shipping it back Awaiting contact from a”second level” person

I really want to love these devices but…
I really want to love these devices but I think the two birdfeeders I have are first generation and just full of quirks that have since been worked out in later models. I don't know...but it has been one disappointment after another. The latest is that I ordered a solar panel from you so I don't need to constantly take them down and charge them. I ordered the panel with the splitter for two birdfeeders. It does not work. First, the splitter cords are so short I can't imagine they work for anyone. Why would you make them so short knowing that people are going to be connecting two birdfeeders?? Next, the USB C plug would fit into the charger on the back of the birdfeeder but the plastic around the port won't allow it to fit. The port at the top of the camera will fit, but again the cord is so short it sticks up and won't allow the plastic cover over the ports to close, thereby exposing it to weather. The feeders are not really worth all the hassles. I am so disappointed.

Birdify is fraudulently selling…
Birdify is fraudulently selling unnecessary 3rd party shipping insurance. Their checkout button initially loads as 'Check out' then transforms into that button agreeing the purchase of the purchase shortly after. It would seem if a user clicks the button relatively quickly it's possible for it to be added to the cart without the intention or realisation they have made this purchase. This fraudulent service doesn't offer any benefits in the UK. I will be raising this with the UK trading standard. This is false selling and disgraceful.
