Thank you for having a help line. I thought this came with a solar panel for recharging. Not another 30 bucks!
Response from BirdfyDec 12, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate you reaching out to our help line. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the solar panel. The Birdfy feeder comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, and the solar panel is offered as a separate, optional accessory to support continuous charging. The Birdfy feeder is offered in two configurations at the time of purchase: one with a built-in solar panel and one without, each with corresponding pricing. We are reviewing our product descriptions to ensure this is clearer for future customers. In the meantime, if you have any further questions about the solar panel or your feeder's power options, our support team would be happy to assist you directly. Thank you again for sharing your experience—it helps us improve.

Feed tray area is plastic and damaged within a couple of weeks. Had to spend extra for the metal tray. Animals seem to be able to pop the lid off. Solar and camera are great.
Response from BirdfyDec 12, 2025
We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with the feed tray and lid. You are right that the tray should be durable, and we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. To make this right for you, we would be happy to provide a compensation solution. We truly appreciate you highlighting these points while also acknowledging the performance of the solar panel and camera. Your feedback helps us improve our product design.

Ordering online was great, but estimated delivery is 5-6 weeks after ordering. That puts a Christmas present here on Jan. 6th.
Response from BirdfyDec 12, 2025

We have verified that two packages for your order were shipped and successfully delivered on December 3rd and December 8th, respectively. If you have not received them, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can assist you immediately and resolve this promptly.

Just because! The product was not shipped in discreet packaging. Even after you asked if it was a gift! Christmas surprise ruined. Thx Update: the store responded and offered a partial refund which is greatly appreciated.
Response from BirdfyDec 11, 2025
We sincerely apologize that your gift arrived without discreet packaging, even though you indicated it was a gift. We have now corrected this process to ensure that any order marked as a gift is always shipped in a plain outer box. To make this right, we would like to offer a compensation solution as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact us at [email protected]. We are truly sorry the surprise was spoiled and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve.

The box arrived, and the shipping label had just been slapped on the side of the box. So since my husband picked up the mail, he now knows what he is getting for Christmas. Also, because there was no packaging on the box, it was all wet from the snow. Good customer service after this review, they gave me 10% off. I hope the product works as well.
Response from BirdfyDec 8, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointing delivery experience. We understand how frustrating it must be that the gift was revealed due to insufficient packaging and that the box arrived wet. We are reviewing our shipping process to ensure better protection and discretion for gift orders. We would be happy to offer a compensation solution as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
