BirdfyReviews of birdfy.com

I love my birdfy products! I love connecting with other bird lovers via the facebook group! Seeing birds on my app is so much fun! I love seeing new birds the most. The birdfy support is the best support around!

They have great products and one of the best customer service departments of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

Product came in a timely manner. Communication of order status was good along with post delivery communication

I have both the birdfy feeder and the birdfy pro bird bath and love both. Netvue customer service is excellent. I have been pleased with my birdfy. The images are of great quality. I would highly recommend any of their products.

I have had a Birdfy bird feeder for over a year and just got a Birdfy birdhouse. Both were easy to assemble and mount as long as you read the included manuals. The camera and wifi connection work very well. The feeder held up well under attack from squirrels and a fox. My fault and I mounted it higher. Can't wait until spring when my birdhouse gets its first family.

I’ve been a customer of Birdfy for 2 years+ and have 6 different Birdfy feeders/cams and 2 poles with baffles. In stock product shipped quickly with no issues. Customer service is responsive, willing to call me back or email. There are plenty of how to videos on YouTube as well for set up and cleaning. The cameras do require 2.4 megahertz wifi. (As do my trail cams and squirrel nest boxes, both from other companies). Seeing some of the reviews mention that as a frustration point. It is possible to adjust your Wi-Fi. Be aware. However, it’s an issue which can be resolved. I had a squirrel damage a feeder last year and the company worked with me to get a replacement. I dropped a feeder recently and damaged it. The company worked with me on getting replacement parts. I’ve never had a company stand behind their product quite in the same way that Birdfy does. Once you have the app, the assembly is fairly straightforward. They are constantly trying to innovate and upgrade their feeders. I can speak to that from the initial feeder that I purchased to the more recent variations. You can tell! They’re listening to Customer feedback, and making things better. Their camera photo and video quality is amazing! I’m a huge fan of this company and tell all my friends to purchase Birdfy cameras to enjoy feeding the birds in their backyard. The pole with baffle is a must have…And birdbaths too! Maybe they’ll do a squirrel nest box soon? HINT HINT

Everything honestly

I received my first Birdfy feeder as a Christmas present in 2024 and began watching all of the activity in my yard. A few months later I found I enjoyed it so much I decided to purchase a second camera for a different area of my yard. At one point when I had trouble with the security and camera I contacted customer service and shared the issue and after determining the camera was malfunctioning they quickly sent a replacement camera at no charge. Last month the company reached out to see if I would be interested in becoming a Chief Experience Officer and testing out and reviewing other products of theirs. They sent me my new feeder the Birdfy 2 Smart feeder with Camera which includes two cameras. I appreciate the green color as it blends in a bit more in my yard than other feeders. I like the little cover with holes where the birds reach in to feed . It seems like there will be less spilled seed then with an open platform feeder and messy birds. The second camera takes such close up high-quality portrait video and images. It's so close up and clear that I can see the precious little red eyebrows on the sweet lady cardinals. Over the past year getting to see the cardinal family in my yard grow and take care of their babies has been something I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy each and every day. There is a Birdfy community on Facebook where it's fun to share your photos with fellow bird-lovers and see other's feathered friends. The Birdfy 2 was easy to set up and hook up to a tree in my yard. My one criticism is in hooking it up to a tree it angles down a bit rather than straight out. Although that could just be the tree I attached it to. I ended up putting a stick under the back in order to keep it more level. I look forward to watching this years bird babies grow up in our yard !
