I am in love with my Birdfy feeders
I am in love with my Birdfy feeders. I enjoy watching the variety of birds that arrive daily. The cameras are great. I have the hummingbird duo, the Birdfy Feeder and I received the birdfy bird bath for my holiday present. The facebook page has customer service people watching our comments and issues and they’ve been excellent with support. Very fast to help resolve any issues/questions. I started in April 2025 and am so impressed and happy.

Pour moi tout est parfait
Et bien depuis que je suis utilisatrice, je n'ai jamais eu de problème, les achats sont facile et bien livrés, quand on prend une option, il est très facile de l'arrêter, bref pour moi tout est ok

Reliable company
I've been using a few Birdfy feeders for a year now. I'm impressed with their customer service. They reply to your messages and concerns and replace units if they stop working. Their bird feeders record high quality videos. It always makes my day going through the footage.

The solar bird feeder/watcher makes a lovely gift
I received my solar bird feeder/watcher as a gift from my son & wife, because they knew I loved to feed & watch various species of our feathered friends.

Absolutely loving my Birdfy Cam the…
Absolutely loving my Birdfy Cam the set up is extremely easy and the quality of video and images is EXCELLENT the Auto Recording is amazing and now I know what visitors I have in my garden the usual suspects blue tits great tits blackbirds robins since having the camera set up I have seen Greenfinches Goldfinches Nuthatch GOLDCREST & GREAT SPOTTED WOODPECKER truly amazed without the camera I would never know these were visiting

Prompt service when requesting help
Prompt service when requesting help on a camera not functioning. The camera actually had to be replaced and received a new one within a week. I have always received help quickly and followup emails to make sure everything is working properly.

Happy with purchase
I looked at different brands and liked Birdy. My only complaint is the Blue Jays. I wish there were different alarms, lol
