Thank you for your kind review and for sharing your positive experience with our product and replacement service. We’re delighted to hear that you’re satisfied with the performance and support! Regarding your question about keeping cats from jumping onto the ledge, here are a few practical suggestions that other Birdfy users have found helpful: Add a Physical Barrier You can attach a smooth, slippery material (such as a rounded plastic or metal guard) to the ledge or the area just below it, making it difficult for cats to gain footing. Adjust the Placement If possible, position the feeder at least 5-6 feet off the ground and away from surfaces cats can leap from (like fences, tables, or roofs). Also, ensure there are no nearby structures that could serve as a “launching pad.” Create an Unstable Perching Surface Lightweight, wobbly, or narrow attachments on or below the ledge can make it uncomfortable and unstable for cats to land on. If you’d like more tailored advice, feel free to email us at [email protected] with details or photos of your setup—we’d be happy to help you brainstorm solutions! Thanks again for your support and trust in Birdfy. We hope these tips help make your bird-watching experience even more peaceful and enjoyable.
