Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is to realize a shipping address error right after placing an order and not be able to have it corrected in time. While order changes are sometimes limited once processing begins, we acknowledge that this situation was not very satisfying, and we appreciate your honesty in recognizing the mistake while also sharing how the response made you feel. Your feedback helps us review and improve how we handle urgent address correction requests. Please feel free to reach out to us again at [email protected] with your order details. We’d be happy to review the situation and see if there’s anything we can do to better support you. Thank you for your understanding.
