Predatory auto-renewals and impossible cancellation barriers
Beware of Birdeye’s deceptive renewal policy. I have tried to cancel my service for over a year, but they refuse to accept a simple email termination. Instead, they force you into a high-pressure retention phone call disguised as an "account review" to block your exit. Because of these intentional delays, I was hit with an unexpected auto-renewal and trapped for another full year. For a company that claims to manage "customer experience," their off-boarding process is predatory. If you want to cancel, do not rely on email...save yourself the headache and send a trackable, certified letter well in advance. Proceed with caution.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when the cancellation process feels difficult and unclear. That is not the experience we want for our customers. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account history, better understand the timeline of your cancellation requests, and look into your concerns more closely. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your business name and best contact information so our team can investigate this promptly and work toward a resolution.
