It all sounded good to start with. I was happy to agree with the contract at the start even though my gut was telling me not to. It turns out that the contract is just to pay them money and they don't have to hold up their end of the deal. Infact my business was doing better on google until they got involved and managed to get me band from google. After a lot of effort and time I managed to restore my status with google. Cube is still charging me and have never delivered on their promises.

Be wanted this company preys on forceful sales tactics and promises the world with little to nothing to show for the absurd subscription charges. I’m being forced to pay even though they haven’t finished anything they initially sold me. Worst decision I made, very tactful in the way the pressure close and keep all correspondence brief and verbal and lack any form of written contractual agreement to review. Please watch out for this Company, I’m currently out of pocket $4000 and have nothing to show for this. Even upon approaching them about these concerns and intention to cancel I’m meet with the same responses, 12 month contract or we send the case to debt collection and load a commercial default against my company. Once they onboard you and get your card details the services is nonexistent. This is not a fake review either, I have emails to back up everything I’ve said above and would name drop the employees to validate however I fear that will warrant google to remove the review sighting deformation. Interesting to see each negative review is meet with the same comments of fake fake fake. For a company who claims to specialize in this exact area it seems oddly convenient. My only hope from This review is that it may assist further business falling into this cash grab trap that I find myself stuck in. Knowledge is power

It all started with the cube online google review generating app. Things were going well for approx 6 months. Then (according to cube) google changed something and the reviews were getting blocked. Cube asked me to be patient and to stick with them as they were working on the problem. Meanwhile their Web design team contacted me and I had them design and host a new website for me. I was extremely pleased and happy with the website and the hosting, they did a cracking job. The review app was still not working though, that's when I was contacted by their sales team ( daniel) he did a very slick job of presenting a new product called birdeye. They promised the following.... 1. Full integration with my invoicing software, therefore no need for a seperate action as the review request would be sent with the invoice. 2. A new service that allows customers who call the start up a messenger chat with me if and while I am on the phone to another customer. 3. A new mobile phone dashboard app to keep track of the performance. 4. A new pc dashboard to keep track of performance. All of this was to cost no more than I was already paying for cube and web hosting. Roll on the onboarding appointment.... At this appointment they informed me that my invoicing software was not compatible and they would not be integrating the review requesting. The chat app was delayed..they could not tell me when it would be ready, just that it wasn't. The mobile dashboard...failed. The pc dashboard...failed. At this point I told them we were done, they had delivered nothing, they had failed on all 4 counts. I was prepared to keep the Web hosting as they were good at that, everything else was to cease. Well, no chance, I was caught in a 12 month contract even though they had failed to deliver! I wanted them gone from my life as I hate scammers and theives. So I paid out the contract. $4600! At that point following several extremely heated phone calls they blocked my number, shut down my website and refuse to answer emails. Then, adding insult to injury, they continue to bill me $605 per month for Web hosting that they are not providing and birdeye that has been paid out! Something has to be done about this mob. They need to be shut down, just like they are trying to do to others. Keep clear.... True star rating..minus 10!

I wanted to leave a review with birdeye.com. However, I was required to log in using either my google or facebook account. After logging in to both accounts, I still was not able to post a review. The web site kept asking me to log in.

Be careful Birdeye has a contract that won't allow you to cancel unless you notify them 30 days from the renewal date. I missed my renewal date by 13 days and I'm told that my company is in the middle of the contract term. Shady!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - CHOOSE AN ETHICAL COMPANY - I paid almost $4000 to Cube Online who promised more traffic, more calls, more everything to increase online presence etc. After my first 12 month contract was over (but not until the 13 monthly payment was taken) Cube finally got back to undertake an annual review. After checking the Google My Business (GMB) performance (for the account they were "working on") for the past 12 months against my other GMB page which had no work done on it, It was very evident that the monthly charges were an absolute waste of money. The GMB account which hadn't been worked on actually performed slightly better than the one they had been 'managing'. I received less than 10 calls over the 12 month period from customers within the targeted suburbs, which are 30+ km's from Melbourne, so not a highly competitive catchment area compared to the CBD or surrounding suburbs. During the 12 month review, I was asked to share concerns about their product. I told them that several customers had issues leaving reviews and was told that they're aware of the flaws in the software and trying to work on improving it. Not thrilled to find out that I was a paying guinea pig. It turns out the issues with the software actually cost me many reviews as customers thought they had completed one but it hadn't gone through at all. No apology, no compensation - just an attempt to resign me up to another 12 month contract. I would highly recommend finding a different business to render the services that Cube Online claim to offer. Better yet, just get the Google review link and send it directly to customers, no need to pay hundreds of dollars per month. Also, once signed up, they will ask you to put as much work in a possible to your GMB account. This is because putting up photo's, posts and content onto your GMB account will greatly increase the results that they will claim to be as a result of their work.

They used a false inducement to get me to sign up. Careful not to fill out their "Watch Demo" Form. You won't be able to see a demo without the sales person calling you first. Classic bait-and-switch!
