Total scam - dedicate 1 hour a week to do the work yourself instead!
We signed a contract with them for 12 months in July 2022 with the promise that work would commence and be ready for review in August. We had to follow them up weekly, where we just passed on from one person to another. In November we escalated the issue and so work commenced end of December! We then had multiple phone calls and emails back and forth about compensation for not having received their service, not being trained in what BirdEye had to offer, so we were highly overcharged for 8 months without any care from their side. We were then finally able in April to put in writing that we would not renew our contract, that we would get the last 2 months of our annual contract for $1 and then we would stop using their services. But since their posts were scheduled until December 2023, they were kind enough to say that the posts would continue to make up for the 8 months of no services provided in 2022. You know where this is going... THEY RENEWED OUR CONTRACT AND DID NOT POST ANYTHING AFTER JUNE! So in July we had to escalate the case again and they finally stopped our contract and with that were to bitter to deliver on their initial promise of the posting schedule being continued. Absolute rip-off, terrible customer service, and it does nothing that Meta Business is not giving you already. Do not use. Save yourself the trouble and the money!
