We had pigeons nesting on our terrace which caused a major health issue. We ordered the cleaning products which cleaned up the bird poop and sanitized our terrace. We then ordered the spikes and gel. The pigeons are gone and we can once again use our terrace. Great products. Would highly recommend.

Bird B Gone handled my order promptly. Everything was shipped correctly. The plastic spikes are easy to apply with plastic ties if you want to install them temporarily. Bird B Gone has glue grooves or screw holes if you want a more permanent installation.

I ordered bird stakes they didn't work, the birds built a nest right in the bird stakes!! Not a great product!!

Hello Susann! Our bird spikes are designed for pigeon sized birds or above and for non-nesting situations. Bird spikes are made to be installed on open ledge areas such as roof tops and windowsills. If the birds are nesting, you will need to physically exclude the birds access to the nesting areas. The first one worked very well on a swim raft which had been plagued by sea gulls. Unfortunately it was vandalized and this one (recent purchase) isn't in use yet. But they do work. Now for something effective on Geese for a full summer!

Bird B Gone honestly has a great product line. They sold and shipped exactly what was needed. The product has done exactly what I was looking for as a means to have the birds stay away from a important installation. When more of their products are needed I will contact Bird B Gone to obtain the proper products needed. I have suggested to several organizations that they should look into purchasing the products that are offered By Bird B Gone.

Birds out smarted us and can still sit on the letters of the sign and in between the spikes. Need to find another solution.

Apparently the birds in Laveen, AZ (SW area of Phoenix), cannot read, or they simply do not understand the purpose of the "Bird B Gone" devices. (Yes, that was sarcasm!) After having purchased two packages of the devices, and placing most of those devices around my sidewalk, front patio, and in the tree in my front yard, I am beginning to think that pigeons cannot read, nor do they understand the purpose of the Bird B-gone devices. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. Yes, even after placing numerous Bird B-Gone devices around my front sidewalk and patio, I still have to clean up numerous bird droppings several times each week. As you "may" know, the droppings are liquid when first dropped. That allows the bird droppings to seep into the pores in the concrete sidewalk and patio. For that reason, it is not just a matter of washing off the sidewalk or patio. Removal of the bird droppings requires some severe scrubbing with a brush and lots of hose water. Frankly, I should be reimbursed for the purchase of both packets of Bird-B-Gone that I bought. If you really want customers to know an honest opinion, then be sure to post "my" comments on your website: In regard to keeping birds out of my trees, I simple cut small strips of white scrap cloth, about 1" by 12" in length, and then I tie one end of the cloth to tree limbs. The local breezes then cause random movements of the cloth strips. The birds have not returned to the tree (but they still leave their droppings on my sidewalk and patio)!

It may be too early or us to rate a final outcome, but after 10 days of having applied BirdBGone our pigeon population has decreased and the remainder are uncomfortable and on the move.
