Great Experience for First Time Buyer
We were very, very impressed with the entire team at Birch Gold Group, especially being a first-time purchaser. Birch Gold gave us great information and walked us through the entire process to ensure we were taken care of and getting the most bang for buck regarding our budget. Most importantly, they delivered our precious metals faster than expected. :) You have earned a loyal customer, thank you.

When we decided to diversify our investements.
When we decided to diversify our investments into actual metals, we selected Birch Gold Group mainly because they are represented by conservative and trustworthy Ron Paul. We were not disappointed. Our transaction went smoothly from deciding what to buy that would best fit our desired outcome, to secure delivery, to follow up emails and phone calls to make sure received everything and were happy. We highly recommend Birch Gold Group for your gold or silver purchases.

This was our first experience
This was our first experience purchasing precious metals and I found everyone that I dealt with to be extremely helpful. Susan and James were very patient with explaining the process and taking the time to understand what our goals were. The transaction went exactly as they had described. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and the Birch Gold Group.
