Customer Service…
The customer service I received from Birth Gold was great. Before the discussion of a Gold purchase, I was provided with a background and history of Gold as a commodity and as a possible hedge against inflation. Once I explained my request to diversify my assets I was provided with several options. The follow-up was timely and consistent. My Gold purchase was received even sooner than expected.
