Heard about Birch Gold from Graham Allen and so thankful I called. My assigned representative, James explained the transfer process, gold & silver market, different grades of gold & silver, various places it is purchased and where my account will be held along with about 400 other questions I had. James had the patience of a saint. Once the account was set Juliet expertly oversaw my fund transfer. What made me write a review? A couple weeks after my account was complete I received a handwritten envelope with a handwritten thank you from James. This to me shows legendary customer service, gratitude & someone with old school proper etiquette. Something this world needs more of.

The Birch Gold folks I talked to were always upbeat and enthusiastic, but did not engage in high-pressure sales. Yes, their job is to sell, but they did not resort to high-pressure tactics to make a sale. Birch Gold staff were responsive to inquiries and eager to answer questions. I posed a few questions in an email response, and within 15 minutes I received a call to answer those questions. The process to purchase was fully explained, as well as options available, and repeated when I didn't understand. Further, the process of Birch Gold's buy back option was explained. Follow-up calls were made to me for each major stage of the process, as well as providing a tracking number for the shipment. After the sale and receipt of my purchase, again there were follow-up calls to make sure I received my package and it was in good order. And a thank you card was sent to me to thank me for my purchase. I am pleased with my purchase from Birch Gold and if or when I can make additional precious metal purchases, I will certainly buy through Birch Gold.

Not only were they VERY helpful in the transition/transaction stage from my account, they were absolutely professional, helpful, and informative in their product selection phase of the process.
