After the transaction they reached out to me to followup. Also, when I call I have no issues getting someone on the phone. This is refreshing to speak with a person!

I not only purchased silver with cash I also rolled a 401k over to metals as well. BGG handled both transactions seamlessly. I will be purchasing more in the future.
