Received my unit quickly. Follow up by phone to make sure I received the unit and to give instructions on the operation was very prompt. The instructions were very simple and understandable. I use the Biowave regularly with some relief to my back pain.

This unit actually exceeded my expectations. I intentionally refused the pain medication I was taking to get as accurate as possible regarding the units effectiveness. I was able to get some relief by using the biowave. The relief only lasted about an hour but it was noticeable relief. After speaking to Kevin, l learned how to increase the effectiveness of the unit. He told me I could use it as soon as a half hour after ending a treatment . This came in handy when I, as usual, turned wrong, and felt that familiar odd sensation in my left side. I knew that pain shooting down my left side would soon follow. When it did, I used the biowave. Two successive treatments later and the pain was at a manageable level. It did not relieve it completely. If it had, I would have rated it a 5. But it was noticeable. Thanks to Kevin for checking in with me and all the assistance and pointers he provided.

Sue of Biowave contacted me prior to shipping my new unit. In addition to notifying me that the unit would soon ship and emailing me user instructions, she gave me detailed personalized instructions on how to prolong the life of the new unit. She covered much vital information that was not originally covered by my clinician. Five stars to sue and four to the pain relief that Biowave affords.

What made my experience a good on was Susan Lepesko. She took her time explaining the system to me. She didnt make me feel like I was keeping her from something.

I received my bio wave from the Veteran Clinic I use for my health care. The physical therapy department ordered it so I could use it for pain in shoulders and rotator cuff area. I enjoy the unit and when my unit failed it was returned under warranty. I appreciate a customer service representative called me to discuss the issue with the bio wave. She also went over the proper use of the device. I look forward to receiving my replacement bio wave, it is missed.

Mrs Susan Lepesko has been great and I greatly appreciate her assistance with my unit. Mrs Susan is extremely knowledgeable and has provide lots of informational assistance. Mrs Susan has worked tirelessly to insure I received my unit in a timely manner and has followed up with me continually to insure that everything I needed was in my possession. I am extremely grateful for the BioWave unit the VA prescribed me. I received a phone call from Kevin informing me the unit was going to be issued to me. Thank you so much. Kevin was very helpful and willing to answer questions and give me advice on extending the life of the battery as well as the electrode pads. The unit is light weight and can easily be used while performing certain task if the patient is mobile while conducting therapy. I would recommend a BioWave Therapy Unit for anyone whose had surgery for a better recovery.

I purchase a BioWave a Home version which it was about $1200 not cheap by any means. I used three sets of Sticky Pads. In the entire time that I’ve had this machine I’ve never used another single sticky pad. But my Machine no longer works. I had no idea you cannot remove a battery to recharge it.. once the battery is dead, you can no longer use the machine. I called the company many times they will not reimburse me or send me another new machine or figure out ways to replace the battery which I’m willing to pay for.. I did not buy a portable. I bought a home version which is very expensive. As a customer we should have been told from the beginning you cannot replace a battery once instead you throw it out. how about a refund for all the Sticky Pads that I can no longer use that are brand new sitting in their packages? Shame on this company
