My physical therapist at the VA offered me the opportunity to try the Biowave to ease the pain from a herniated disk in my neck. He explained that it was similar but better than the TENS treatment I had used before. The demonstration was very effective. The pain diminished quickly and the effects lasted quite a while. I was then sent a home Biowave unit to use for therapy at home. I was called by Agnes, who walked me through the unboxing and setup of the device. I was given instructions for its use and tips for using the sticky pads longer. There was plenty of battery power in the unit and my first session with it went well. It felt like a great massage. Agnes didan excellent job of getting meoriented withthe device and answered the questions I had. We arranged a callback in two weeks to check in. All in al I felt well looked after and appreciated the assistance. I wasn’t rushed or marketed to, which can be a problem sometimes. Agnes was courteous and patient while I unboxed the unit. I was glad that the VA chose this company. The device will help me manage the injury.
